At Giant Hoodies, we want you to be 100% comfortable in your oversized gear, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return and exchange policy for all unworn and unwashed items. If your hoodie isn't as cozy as you expected, we'll make it right with a simple refund or swap.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in their original packaging, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
